CUT’s first gluten-free cookbook is currently underway. Follow CUT on Facebook and Instagram to be the first to hear about updates, gluten-free focus group opportunities, special events and giveaways. Our recipes are simple, adaptable and use readily available ingredients. We want to empower every level of chef in the kitchen!
Our cookbook will encompass: Breakfast, Salads, Pasta, Chicken, Pork, Red Meat, Fish, Meal Boards, In-Betweens, Muffins, and Treats.
