Not all gluten-free flours are created equal! If you’ve ever trialed different gluten-free flour blends or individual flours, we know you’ll agree.
Before sharing our favorite recipes, we knew we needed to first develop our own gluten-free flour blend.
A mix that we could safely say will work in the recipes that we share. There’s nothing more frustrating than subbing a GF flour and having the recipe bomb!
We also wanted a flour option that is gluten-free, wheat free, peanut free, nut free, corn free and dairy free!
With so many other variables that already happen cooking in the kitchen; we needed our followers to be able to trust the flour they use. To trust the flour, and get the results they expect.
All of our recipes have been developed using our flour blend. While other gluten-free blends may give our followers satisfactory results, they may NOT give the exact results we intended.
Our flour blend is proven over and over to be consistent and easily substituted. We promise your food won’t taste like “cardboard”! Be adventurous and have fun…be the chef you’ve always known you were.
