Easy Sandwich Bread

Happiness is a loaf of fresh bread…especially when your diet is gluten free! If you’ve been on a gluten free diet for a while now you’ll completely understand this statement. There is a LOT of bad bread out there. Lol, the bar is pretty low. And freshly baked, warm white bread – this doesn’t even really exist!

If you’re accustomed to buying your bread from a freezer and having to toast it just so it’s edible – hold on. We are so excited to share this easy recipe with you for freshly baked white bread!

If you’ve never baked bread before, don’t worry! You got this. We promise. As a first round, we knew we had to share something that EVERYONE could make. This recipe is that. EVERYONE will have no trouble. You’ll need an oven and a bread pan. The bread pan doesn’t have to be anything fancy. A glass grocery store loaf pan will do! There’s no more talking about it…let’s get baking. Fresh bread is in your future…all you need is about 1.5 hours. Mix it, pour it in a pan, let it rise and bake it. Done.

This easy recipe for a light gluten free baked bread is something EVERYONE can achieve. Fresh, soft, home made bread is in your future. Happiness again is a slice of fresh bread.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups CUT Cooking Bread Flour

  • 2 tsp instant yeast

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 egg whites

Directions

  • Using an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, carefully measure all ingredients into mixing bowl. Be sure to use CUT Cooking GF Bread Flour.
  • Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until a loose batter forms.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Let rise uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the batter is just above the top of the loaf pan – which ever comes first.
  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Bake on middle rack for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool in the pan.
  • Store in a sealed container or plastic bag.
  • Fresh, easy white bread. You did it!
