Today is an important day for us. It’s International Celiac Awareness Day! All month long Celiac Disease is getting special attention and today is dedicated to awareness and education. One of our favourite resources to find reliable, accessible information is Celiac Canada 💚 celiac.ca

Celiac disease is a part of everything we do at CUT. Every recipe we develop, every product we release, we do it while making sure it will perform better than you’d expect it to. We refuse to compromise taste and texture! We have a unique partnership because Stacey has celiac disease and Meg does not. We get the best of both worlds, being able to adapt recipes and being able to taste test everything for quality control. Our kids are happy to help with this one (most of the time)! Our goal is to make our gluten free food taste like its glutinous equal, so much so that you can’t tell the difference. And we love to see what you’re making with our flour, keep sending us pictures and stories!!

This feels like a cinnamon bun kind of weekend. And to prep for lunches and snacks this week we will split the dough, swapping out the cinnamon sugar for shredded cheese and onion powder. One tray of cinnamon buns, one tray of cheese buns! What else can we make with our bun dough? Tag us in your pictures, we love to see!
