Caesar Salad Dressing

Caesar salad, we LOVE this salad. Who doesn’t love caesar salad?! This is a staple in so many restaurants and homes already, you’re probably wondering why would we give you this recipe. Our challenge to you is to steer away from the packaged bottle on the shelf, and make this dressing from ingredients you probably already have in your fridge.

Not to mention that so many shelf dressings contain glutenous ingredients which is an issue for those of us following a gluten free diet – whether celiac, intolerant or even by preference. There are also many fillers and preservatives included. The less processed foods we eat, the better we all are!

This dressing tastes so fresh and serves perfectly anytime of the year. Even in lunch boxes as dip on the side for raw veggies. It’s the perfect pairing for so many ingredients!

A new year – we dare you! It’s 2020, be bold and make your caesar salad with more than just romaine lettuce. Not that we have anything against romaine lettuce! But there’s so many other incredible greens or veggies, cheeses, nuts/seeds, meats that pair with this dressing. Elevate your salad!
