This versatile vegetable is going to become one of your favorites using this recipe if it isn’t already. Promise! These little cauliflower nuggets are loaded with fiber and extra vitamin B. They are perfect as an appetizer or side dish to compliment any main.
One of the things we strive to do at CUT Cooking is to “uncomplicate” the cooking process. Our goal is to empower EVERYONE in the kitchen with recipes that they will be successful with. This cauliflower recipe is perfect example of this. We have already posted our batter for fried pickles…these cauliflower nuggets use the same batter! Boom!! The same batter – totally different end result. Learn one batter and make two different foods!
You’ll begin first with simply breaking, cutting the cauliflower into bite-size pieces. We like the cauliflowerettes to be smaller. A single bite seems to be an easier way to enjoy this delicious dish.
Once the cauliflower is all cut up, go ahead and make the batter. This is a simple batter and you should be able to whip it up in no time at all!
Simply add all the batter ingredients into a large bowl and stir in the cauliflower. Mix everything well so that all the cauliflower bites are covered!
We have trialed this recipe using both the PC Airfryer and also baked in the oven. Both methods work awesome. Either option tastes amazing. Don’t stress that one will taste better than the other. Both are delicious!
Go ahead and dip the flowerettes in your favorite dipping sauce. Whether your choice of sauce is spicy or a cool ranch, blue cheese or a peanut Thai; they all taste incredible with these little nuggets. Or for those who prefer, simply plain is just as delicious.
