Italian Strawberries

The best foods are often the easiest and most simple to make. These strawberries constitute exactly as that – simple and the best! We promise these luxurious strawberries will make your Valentines weekend.

They are filled with a mascarpone cheese filling and ready within minutes. Seriously, you better stock up on ingredients now. You’ll be making more then one batch of these 😉

We’re not going to chat further about how incredible they are – lets just get making them! The first bite will speak for itself!

You’ll begin by washing your strawberries and removing the hull (the green part) of your strawberry. Next make an “X” through the strawberry. Be careful not to cut entirely through the berry.

While your strawberries dry off, mix the ingredients for the creamy mascarpone filling. This will take only another 5 minutes!

Using a piping bag, fill your strawberries with the mascarpone cream. Then sprinkle them with chocolate shavings.

Boom! Done. So simple. The best.
