Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small jar or container.
  • Give it a good shake or stir.
  • Pour over your favorite salad.
  • Try a new fruit paired with a leafy green.
