The best recipes are those shared between friends. The recipes that are so delicious they fill conversation over coffee. This recipe was first introduced to us by a good friend to both of us. We have adapted it slightly from her original recipe but the heart of it remains the same. It’s just so good we have to share it with you all!
So, pour a cup of coffee or tea – or a glass of wine…Let us tell you all about it. We promise you’ll thank us later for sharing.
You’ll begin by breading the chicken with CUT Flour by simply tossing and shaking in a plastic storage bag. Warm your deepest frying pan on medium heat and get cooking! Supper is only 25 minutes out.
Once your chicken is breaded, it’s simply then frying and making the amazing Maple Dijon sauce. This recipe couldn’t be easier. Not to mention that it freezes well and is great for leftovers!
Fry the chicken flipping it once but literally put it in the pan and let it cook! Let it do it’s thing:) Pull out your ingredients to make the sauce and get mixing while you wait.
As soon as your chicken is fully cooked and fried on both sides, you’ll add the sauce and finish cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Then it’s simply turning off the heat and serving!
We love to pair this dish with either rice, pasta, cooked veggies or a fresh salad! The sky is the limit, and your dinner is what you make of it.
The chicken is so delicious, this might be all your serving! It’s ok though, the chicken is truly that amazing. No one will notice you’re just serving chicken for dinner. Lol, warm and cozy, soul food. A definitive win.
